You’ll need to be passionate about raising your business profile throughout your community and far beyond, with wide reaching benefits for your business. You’ll need a business or sales background, have ambitious plans to grow your business, probably an experienced networker and passionate about helping people connect to move their businesses forward.
The role of Manager is not to be undertaken lightly, you’ll need to be a team player and happy to represent MNC in your chosen and agreed location alongside your own business. We are a club for Mumpreneurs by Mumpreneurs but you don’t have to be a mum to join us, if you’re empathetic with the MNC ethos and determined to help your members achieve success read on and see how you can get involved.

Here's what some of our Managers have been upto:
Manager Dawn Gracie, (Chichester) joined us as a Manager when she was a sales trainer and built up a big enough network to launch her vintage entertainment business www.dawnsvintagedo.co.uk. She has received huge press coverage, become a Woman in Business columnist and a presenter for local radio. Dawn says ‘I've been running this group for 3 years now. No word of a lie... My life totally changed direction and I could not be happier! But remember... We are not defined by our name, but by the amazing people involved. Come along and try it for yourself.’
Meg Fenn who was our first Worthing Manager, launched her writing career and has seen her business grow massively, so much in fact she worked herself out of the Manager’s role and into a permanent position as our web designer alongside her burgeoning business and has recently been a sponsor for the regional Women of the Year Awards!
